Are the pregnancy hypnotherapy sessions the same as doing a birth prep/hypnobirthing course?
Pregnancy relaxation sessions are simply a way to take time out to focus on pregnancy well-being. They involve a guided hypnotherapy session aiming to help you feel calmer, more relaxed, and cope with changes or pregnancy issues. We do not focus on birth preparation in these sessions, however the relaxation will be beneficial throughout the entire pregnancy & birth journey.

Hypnotherapy for other issues is more in-depth and aims to work on specific issues you may have.
